Become a member of the team developing Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (MDATP), one of Microsoft's most intriguing security offerings.
Responsibilities
You will architect, design, implement, and extend cross platform MDATP security features on Linux, macOS, and Microsoft Windows as an Engineer in our team. The engineering team's technical expertise is encouraged and mentored.
You will also be in charge of guaranteeing code quality and exercising thought leadership in order to innovate our products and engineering procedures as a self-driven technical leader.
Qualifications
- Experience as a software developer for at least five years
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms
- knowledge of the operating system internals, memory management, IPC (Inter Process Communication), and the creation of multi-threaded and multi-process applications for Linux or Mac.
- Skills in monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting have been shown. knowledge of any debugging tool, including LLDB, GDB, and others.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities are required to work well in a multidisciplinary team that includes software engineers, programme managers, security researchers, and data scientists.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
