SCCL CPRMS Life Certificate November 2022
The Singareni Collieries Company Limited or SCCL is a government-owned-coal mining corporation in India.
SCCL Ex-Employees must submit a CPRMS Life Certificate in December of each year. But from this year, it must be submitted in November each year. Follow below steps to submit the form
Step 1:
Download form which is available at the end of the post
Step 2 :
Fill up the form sign it with any Gazette Officer/State govt/ Bank Manager
Step 3 :
Enclose the copies
I. Latest Digital Life Certificate
II. Bank Passbook
III. Aadhar Card

Scan all copies including form and make a Pdf File
Step 5 :
Scanned Pdf send it to below mentioned email.
The dedicated email ids provided for Area ALPATB cells for accepting CPRMS- NE scanned Life Certificate and copy of Jeevan Pramaan through e-mails from CPRMS-NE members is as follows

Note:
I ) CPRMS-NE member (Ex-employee/spouse) drawing pension may enclose copy of latest Digital Life Certificate obtained through Jeevan Pramaan portal (if available)
2) The updated Bank account details submitted at the time of obtaining Medical card only have to be furnished in the above relevant field provided for Bank account details (self attested copy of updated bank passbook and Aadhar card should be enclosed)
3)Care is to be taken while recording the Aadhar No, Mobile no. Bank account details of the beneficiaries.
