CSIR-IMMT Jr. Secretariat Assistant and Jr. Stenographer Recruitment Notification
Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology has Released the Latest Jobs Notification 2021 and started inviting applications for the Recruitment of Jr. Secretariat Assistant and Jr. Stenographer. Candidates, who have a qualification of Intermediate are eligible. Interested candidates may apply online On or Before 21st June 2021.

Educational Qualification : 10+2/Intermediate
Age Limit :
- Upper Age Limit for Jr. Secretariat Assistant is 28.
- Upper Age Limit for Jr. Stenographer is 27.

01. (JSAG) Junior Secretariat Assistant (G)
I. Post Requirement
To perform Administrative / any other official work as and when assigned by Competent Authority.
II. Pay Scale
Level-2, 19900-63200
III. Number Of Posts
07(UR-04, SC-01, ST-01, EWS-01)
IV. Qualification
10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer typing speed (English-35 w.p.m.) and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time.
02. (JSAF) Junior Secretariat Assistant (F&A)
I. Post Requirement
To perform Administrative / any other official work as and when assigned by Competent Authority.
II. Pay Scale
Level-2, 19900-63200
III. Number Of Posts
02(Two)
IV. Qualification
10+2/XII or its equivalent with Accountancy as one of the subjects and proficiency in computer typing speed (English-35 w.p.m.) and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time.
03. (JSAP) Junior Secretariat Assistant (S&P)
I. Post Requirement
To perform Administrative / any other official work as and when assigned by Competent Authority.

IV. Qualification

To perform secretarial / stenographic, typing and any other official/ administrative work as and when assigned by Competent Authority.

10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer typing speed (English-35 w.p.m.) and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time.
Mode of Selection:
CSIR-IMMT will adopt its own criteria for short-listing the candidates and only those candidates who, in the opinion of the Institute, suit the Institutional requirement, will be called for Typing/skill test/written test.
